Medical Day Spa Staff
Our staff includes a licensed clinical aesthetician, an advanced certified micropigmentation specialist and other specially-trained technicians. The center is under the direction of Sheldon M. Lincenberg, MD, a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
VISIA Complexion Imaging and Analysis
Your complexion is the window through which your image is projected to the world. VISIA Complexion Analysis provides the information necessary to truly individualize facial rejuvenation and skin care regimens to match your unique complexion profile.
The system captures digital photos of the face and measures wrinkles, texture, pores and pigmentation. The patient’s skin features are graded relative to others of the same sex, age and ethnicity. Every patient who is imaged with VISIA receives a printed report. Skin feature scores can be tracked to objectively document the obvious improvement that you will see on your skin.

Facials and Skin Care
Beauty begins with good skin care --healthy, clear skin gives a more youthful appearance. Good skin care nurtures the skin to provide a clear, healthy, fresh-looking skin. At The Medical Day Spa, you receive personal consultation on your skin care and individualized, specialized services. Healthy skin begins with a managed skin care program in combination with a facial every four to six weeks.
Skin Care Consultation
A one-on-one consultation with a clinical aesthetician will customize a skin care management program for your particular skin care needs and concerns.
Obagi Blue Peel
A breakthrough treatment that achieves excellent skin resurfacing that results in healthier, younger-looking skin. Recommended for all skin types. Treatment includes 4-6 weeks of at-home skin care management before the peel.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion removes dead and damaged skin cells, leaving your skin smooth, fresh and glowing. Microdermabrasion treatment includes a light peel and facial mask.
Permanent Makeup
Our advanced certified micropigmentation technician applies permanent cosmetic makeup to enhance your brows, lips and eyes using intradermal pigmentation. This state-of-the-art technique applies micro insertions of natural pigments into the dermal layer of the skin. Scar camouflaging is also available.
Laser Hair Removal
We offer the CoolGlide® Excel laser, one of the most cutting-edge lasers available today, for laser hair removal, spider vein removal, pigmented lesion (brown spot) removal, sun spots and facial rejuvenation, better known as the “fotofacial.” All of our laser services are done in the office by a trained, certified laser technician working under Dr. Lincenberg’s supervision.
Laser hair removal is safe for all skin types, non-invasive, virtually painless, and cost effective. Due to its unique design and longer wavelength, the CoolGlide Excel is one of the only lasers on the market that can treat men and women of all skin tones safely and effectively.
AirBrush Tanning
A safe-tanning method -- no UV rays, no tanning beds, no messy self-tan creams. Our medical aesthetician will spray your skin with a simple sugar-like liquid that will cause the natural skin pigment to darken, without chemicals, paint, dye or other artificial substance. There is no harmful sun or ultraviolet light. It lasts 7-10 days.

These products are of the highest quality available and are clinically tested, researched and developed by leading physicians and cosmetic chemists. Most of these products are available for purchase. We also carry Jane Iredale makeup products, a micronized mineral makeup line.
